I have problems logging into my account. Message: We're having trouble connecting.

We're having trouble connecting.  There may be a problem with your Internet connection or the Second Life Grid.  You can either check your Internet connection and try again in a few minutes, click Help to view the Second Life Support Portal, or click Teleport to attempt to teleport home.

 

- I tried again a few times then I decided to teleport home but it didn't work either.  It stopped on waiting for region handshake.  I am not sure if there is a maintenance going on... I think not.  I hope somebody knows how to solve this problem.  I have never abused anyone nor I have broken any rules so I doubt it is that.  My internet connection is perfectly fine.  So, there must be something else going on.  Thanks for your help.

It doesn't sound cause you did anything wrong, it just sounds like something is indeed preventing you from connecting, here's a good read. Try checking your firewall or try accessing a different region, if that's possible.
