When a computer restarts unexpectedly something seriously went wrong with you computer.   When a program shuts down or freezes something seriously went wrong with the program.  Since your computer is what shut down you need to find out what is wrong with your computer and stop posting question after question saying you need help from people who have no access to your computer.  If you don't know enough about your computer to give some details about your computer then maybe you shouldn't be using that computer..........get something you can figure out.
