With SL2 edit object mode there is no prim count anymore?

The last two or three versions of SL's viewer seems to have a problem or do I just have some preference set wrong?

I'm used to clicking 'edit' on an object and looking to see the number of prims....now in that same space it just says [COUNT].

And that is for any objects I click on, whether I own them or not.

Is this a viewer bug or do I have something set incorrectly?

It is a viewer bug indeed. Until it is fixed and you need to see objects prim count, you may revert to an older version of SL viewer or use a TPV such as Firestorm (a great mix of V2 and V1):
