Try putting a skin, shape, and hair attachment in the "Current Outfit" folder. It took me 3 days to figure out why my avi wasn't rezzing and that worked after a half dozen other attempts at a solution.

When you are in world being a cloud, does the 'Worn' tab in your 'Outfits' sidebar show that you are wearing the items you expect, or does the wearing tab contain none or only some items?

You can edit your post to add information by selecting Edit from the Options menu in the top right of the post.
