cant see prim count in edit

i am on slv2...had a update a few days ago....now i cant see prim count or number of objects in edit.....is this thing going to be fixed fast???????im in the middle of a build and i need to see my prim counts.........if its not broken stop fixing it...jeeeeesh......now it is broken........why dont you just update me back to the way i was before the update that messed me up....thanks

Yes it is a V2.7.4 bug.

You can revert back to a previous version and make sure you uncheck automatic updates. You could also try a beta version or a third party viewer.
