why do i keep getting logged out when i teleport?

every time i try to teleport it logs me out...and i also cant access my profile to edit it and im just curious as to why..

The teleporting problem may not be related to your profile question, however.  The profile problem may be related instead to a bug in the latest upgrade to the V2 viewer.
