I joined as a premium member and received a house. Yesterday someone else told me they owned it. ?

If you own the house then you should be able to kick the other person with all his stuff out of that house. But are you really sure you are at the correct location?

That doesn't make sense. If you are the owner of the land and house it's yours. Go back and click on the land select "about land' and it will show who the owner is. Some one might have just ran you out of your own home.

Go inworld.

Click World at the top left.

Click My Land.

Under parcel there should be something. Left click it.

Two buttons should light up. Teleport and Map. 

Choose Teleport.

That is your house. If anyone else is in there tell them to get out. By the front door is a control panel. Use it to lock the door.
