When they keep making resident accounts to harrass after being suspended?

What is the next level of help? I have reported repeatedly names of people from daily IMS that I log into of being harrased by a certain person I have no idea who it is, they get banned or suspended they make another resident acct and continue the harrassment, now they are making real life threats against me, when does enough become enough? How many tickets does one have to keep submitting before they actually do an IP ban on somebody this type of behavior?

Call LL and tell them that yopu have filed tickets and now your being treatened in real life. also, file a report with the police. LL will take this very seriously. Make sure to keep any chat logs and threats as proof for both LL and the police.

Unfortunately there is not much more you can do.  If the individual is making RL threats against you then perhaps you should consider contacting the authorities.  They will certainly look into the matter.  In the meanwhile keep a record of your conversations and keep filing AR's.

PS I hope you did not give the person any RL information-- if you did not, then I would not worry so much about the RL threats--as it is near impossible to locate you (however, not impossible especially if you have divulged RL info.)

If working with Linden Labs has not stopped it and you are not in danger RL just mute every harrassing im, do not respond in any way at all...just mute and forget.  If there is no reaction, no attention, no feedback, then they should soon get bored and move on
