26 July, Admicile World News offers a small evening will begin with a form of tribute to a band, The Cranes, ending with a concert by Engrama.

Who are the Cranes?

Wiki say : "The Cranes are a British music group formed in 1986, whose style has been described as "gothic minimalism".

Formed in 1986 in Portsmouth, England by siblings Alison and Jim Shaw, and named after the many mechanical cranes around the city's docks, Cranes are best known for the childlike, high-pitched vocals of lead singer Alison."

Who are Engrama?

SL and RL duo. "[engrama] is an Indie band who play LIVE into the virtual world with no pre recordings. The drum and guitar band slowly melts into the world with their moody and atmospheric soundscapes. Drawing from influences like Mogwai, Sigur Ros, and the tamer side of Sonic Youth,. Their compositions slowly tumble and roll into a cerebral playground, full of shadows and flickers of colour so subtle they appear as if in the corner of the eye."
