How to received funds from a failed marketplace transaction

I'd submit a support ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and use the pulldown menu to select Marketplace.  Include all details of the transaction so that they can verify that your customer paid and that you never received the funds but did deliver the product.
