I have a ticket writted then 1 comment / week then a second ticket.And I'm waiting always from your answer. What must I do to have an answer ? Must I create one ticket / day, by hour, by minute ? If you are a Premium or Concierge member, you can try using Live Chat. I had a ticket that was open over a month and what I ended up doing was calling the billing number once a week until it got resolved. When I called I simply said: "Hi I am calling to check on my ticket. It has been open a month now is there anything else I need to do to speed up the process?" One time the said yes so I sent in the documentation that they were asking for and eventually my ticket got resolved. That is about all you can do. I have sell 3/4 of my sims so I'm no more concierge...It's maybe the reason why... My problem is really simple...I do a transfert of 200$ to my PayPal account and I wrote false my PayPal account name :-( Next time I'm sure I will controll the name 5 times before click Ok.
