How do I open a Support Case for any Technical problem other than "Avaline Issues"?

Question

I need to open a Support Case for a technical issue with my Friends list, but the only option that the Support Case page offers me under Technical Questions is "Avaline Issues". I have tried three different browsers (Safari, Camino and Chrome) and get the same problem with all of them. How should I proceed? I live in Australia so phoning someone in the USA is not ideal.

Let me guess what the issue with your Friends list is..... It's a bug in the latest upgrade of the server software that's running on most sims. Show online/offline rights, map rights & object mod rights can no longer be given/revoked on Second Life Server 11.07.11.235326 (main channel) & RC BlueSteel 11.06.28.234196 by seemingly any non web profile viewer. See >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Second-Life-Server/Known-issue-with-granting-revoking-permissions....  It's messing up Friends lists and a lot of other things for any viewer that is not using web profiles.  

When you want to report an issue like this, the place to do it is at http://jira.secondlife.com .  In this case, though, it has already been done >>> https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-7104 .  If you have information to add that might help the LL developers resolve the issue, feel free to add you own comments there.
