after logging in, I get message "can't find body parts" then it logs me out.   While logged in, I'm a white cloud.   I also get several messages about unable to upload various things with long strings of hex digits.  This happens on several different computers (all Windows XP), several different ISPs, different locations, different routers.  I've cleared cache, rebooted, tried a many times, same result.  I'm using viewer Second Life 1.23.5.

You have already done some of the things that we would normally recommend.  Try working down the rest of the list at http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/doku.php?id=bake_fail and hope that something works for you.  Frankly, 1.23 is going to develop more and more problems over the next few months as LL moves its servers away from support for the V1 codebase.  I know that this is distasteful to many people -- I held out myself as long as I could -- but this might be a good time to look seriously at a V2 codebase viewer like Firestorm or LL's own V2.
