Help with bug test?

I would be grateful if a couple of people would test the steps given in my latest comment on SH-2046 and say whether they see the variation in download cost and PE. Runitai said he could not reproduce it, presumably from inside LL. It just reproduced for me. Even just saying if the sphere-like things I put in in Mesh City have different PEs for you would help.

I see the exact same numbers in Mesh City ( like in your object descriptions). Didn't tested the upload, yet.

My location shown above, some notes on the test, sometimes the time it takes to show info is a minute or so so on the ones that I was receiving 0 PE I waited 5 minutes each for the info to show in edit floater remained zero and also I have seen that before when I am inspecting peoples builds to see how many PE it is or who made it

Thanks a lot people. I will IM Runitai to let him know it's not just me. :matte-motes-grin:
