My sl character won't load. help?

When I load Sl my person won't load at all. Its just a white floatin blob. What do i do?

Hi Starry,

I just had the same problem within the past week.  Assuming you're using the SL viewer (which I'm using), go to this link:

Scroll down to below the video at the link above and follow the steps shown.  It's easy to do.

Once done with the steps you'll have to find the skin/shape and clothing that you want your avatar to wear because the above step reverts it back to a basic avatar, but the problem of being a cloud will be gone.
