squashy Beeswing
Hello. I'm trying to find a ballroom AO which was recommended to me on the old GD forums. At the time i got the free one but i'd now like to get the full version. It is not available on Marketplace. I know it can be found on one of the Victorian sims, but that's all i remember. That, or can anyone recommend an AO with subtle leg movements? I hate it when the prims of my long dresses are flailing around like crazy. Thanks. :-)
Sylvia Tamalyn
I found your old thread in the archives. The post I think you're remembering recommended a store called Posture Is Everything. I'm not in world right now so couldn't test to see if this info is current. Hope so!! http://slurl.com/secondlife/Caledon%20Victoria%20City/102/85/
squashy Beeswing
That's the one! I couldn't locate the thread for the life for me. Thank you so much, Sylvia!
Melita Magic
Vista's Perfect Lady is also fairly subtle and not as antsy and manic as most AO seem to be.
squashy Beeswing
Thanks, Melita. I'll look at that one as well.
Maryanne Solo
Oh how cool! I'll definately go for a look at that/those. Ive been trying the Firestorm customisable AO thingy too. It's very impressive for custom sets. (not dances of course ^^ that I know of atmo:) Thanks everyone!
squashy Beeswing
I can now recommend both AO's mentioned. :matte-motes-grin: They aren't cheap but if you're going to spend on posh frocks for dancing or long dresses for role playing, then something like this is a worthwhile investment. Your clothing will look SO much better on you. Most AO's are way too energetic for gowns & such. :matte-motes-grin:
Sylvia Tamalyn
You're welcome, squashy! I'm so glad you started this thread, because after I posted that, I paid a visit and picked up the 25L version of the AO to try out...I think it will work very nicely for posing for pics! Jaylin Wytchwood
Hm, any recommendations for Ballroom - Male? Most AOs for males seem to be kind of "God im such a Macho", something subtle, Gentleman-like? At present im using Visa-Urban male minus the "is something behind me" stands. squashy Beeswing
@ Jaylin, the same place has a male ballroom AO - a 25L 'lite' version and a full version. @ Sylvia, thank you again for digging up that thread. The AO works great, doesn't it?
