It sounds like you have done the right thing so far. Please don't be too quick to assume that the vendor is cheating you. Some SL merchants do take family vacations during the summer months, so they can be away from SL for a long time. IM's and Notecards that they receive can cap their in-boxes, making it impossible to receive later ones. If you haven't sent a polite reminder recently, I'd suggest doing that now. If you get no response, you can try filing a support ticket with LL to ask for their help (Click Help in the header at the top of this page and then Contact Support).
