where are the blind controls for meadowbrook linden home

They should be on the control panel web page, just as the other controls. Look for 'privacy' or 'windows' in the menu.

You should be able to find them in the Control Panel under Home Detail Textures > Windows.  You will need to scroll down to the bottom of that list to see 'windows'.  Select the windows that are covered with blinds.  Click 'Apply'.

There is a bug, believe it or not, in your viewer.  You are using a TPV and the meadowbrook home control panel will not allow you access.   You can either change homes until you find a home that will allow you access or you can change your viewer.  I suggest you change your viewer.

Alternatively, you can call Linden support and be on the telephone for hours and they will tell you the same thing - LL does not provide support for TPV's.
