One has 2 sides protected by Linden land and the other has 1 protected side. The sims to the north across the road are all Linden land as well. I've priced the parcel with 2 protected sides higher than its partner parcel, but if you want both, contact me and you can have that parcel at the same price as the one I've priced lower.Please note that Gianno is still within Kama City, so there is no terraforming and no sub-dividing allowed. Frankly I think this is a nice feature and I'm holding on to the corner parcel next door.
