for 24 hours now i have been in noob state and cant attach or detach anything, have tried de ruth and also character tests in adavnced tab and nothing can bring me back, anyboy help me please

First, make sure that your inventory has completely loaded.

Then try to rebake (CTL-ALT-R).

Then try a character test:  Advanced > Character > Character Tests > (choose male or female).

If that does not work, go to your My Outfits folder and drag and drop a folder onto your avatar.  Wait to rez and then rebuild your avatar.

One of these things will work for you.
