First, make sure that your inventory has completely loaded.

Then try to rebake (CTL-ALT-R).

Then try a character test:  Advanced > Character > Character Tests > (choose male or female).

If that does not work, go to your My Outfits folder and drag and drop a folder onto your avatar.  Wait to rez and then rebuild your avatar.

One of these things will work for you.
