Hi, the ratings on the new search key off the parcel descriptions etc., not just the region rating. So, lots of stuff on G or M regions shows as A in search. This makes some sense for places search, but it is probably not ideal for land sales. For now the More Info button will reveal the sim rating but that is annoying.

I'll asume your answer is based upon something a Linden Lab employee provided for a similar issue and not something you made up when I say the following:

I find that explanation wanting as the General region I went to had one prim on it and the description is what you see in the image I posted.  How in the world did that rate Adult?  And, it's a general region;  Wouldn't Adult content there be ToS/CS violation?  If the parcel is in violation is shouldn't be listed at all in search and the land sale listing should state what is ALLOWED since the next owner most likely isn't interested in current content there.

How in the world did that rate Adult?

The adult keyword sniffing is sloppy, a lot like we have on the marketplace. i would not be surprised if the "SADY" typo triggered it because it matched some variation on "sadism" or some other more puzzling expression.  The index is only updated a few times a day lately, so there could have been something on the land when it was indexed that was not there when you visited. As always LL likes to keep the details of their rating system mysterious, so only trial and error can find the exact triggers. :/

This thread has an especially silly case.
