in world purchased item never received

I purchased an item in world and I never received it. I've sent a note card to the seller and IM'd every time I have logged on, but she's never been online. This seems to be unusal. It is a popular item and something I have on another avatar. I never had any trouble with her before. What can I do to get my Ls back, or get that item delivered?

Keep trying. It's summer time (for the Northern Hemispere) and lots of people including Merchants might be taking some needed time off.   :-)

It is really LL's job to deliver the items, though if the item is copyable merchants will redeliver as a courtesy. LL has been redelivering items quickly of late so you might just want to file a ticket for that.

From in-world vendors? I do believe that is the sole responsibility of the Merchant. Although when server updates like the last one we had creates such a havoc with Time Dilation and the resulting lag prevents vending scripts from operating correctly you could possibly blame LL but I don't see how LL would be able to redeliver from a Merchant's vendor.    :-)
