I can't log in to my account it takes for hours and all it says for hours is Logging in. . . Help?

I can;t log into my account for some reason. It will say Logging in but it wont log me into the sim i was at or home or a specific place. Help plz

Have you tried clearing cache? Before you log in, go to me, preferences and depending on your viewer, find a reset or a clear cache button, usually under setup or advanced.
