Cannot change email in contact information. When i try to change it it says password is incorrect.

That's happened to me.  And it was for the reason I was entering the incorrect password, even though I was absolutely sure the password I entered was correct.  I was entering a password that I used for another account..........the user name and password did not match up dispite both the user name and the password were perfectly good.  Just not when put as I was putting them.

 

Check to make sure you are using the password that goes with the account you are trying to make the changes on.

If you have a very long password,  just enter the first 15 characters.
