Peewee Musytari Posted July 9, 2011 Share Posted July 9, 2011 Anyone else on Bluesteel had a problem with giving edit perms to another avatar?I tried it in both directions between 2 avatars and both got the warning box to confirm they wanted to give perms & clicked OK but neither got the confirmation message that they had been granted perms & perms did not work. Relogging cleared the icon for both showing that they had even tried to do it.Went to sim on regular server and it worked fine with no problems at all. Peewee Musytari Posted July 12, 2011 Author Share Posted July 12, 2011 It was both V1 and V2 (Phoenix & Firestorm) and after we spoke I have now tested again to find which one is the problem & its the combo of V1 and Bluesteel that will not work at all. V2 can grant or revoke perms to V1 but it needs a relog, which is not good as you cannot instantly revoke perms, but that was the same on all servers. V1 to V1 or V1 to V2 will work instantly on a non-RC sim and also on RC Magnum, but will not work at all on RC Bluesteel (I tried more than one sim to make sure it wasn't the sim).
