Marketplace ? -moving items from unassociated inventory into active

How can items listed under Unassociated inventory  be moved into the active inventory ?

I have tried just about everything ,

Resetting the box,checking and re-checking the items..I even took the box into inventory ,then resetting it in-world and on marketplace (magic box status).Iv synched on the Manage inventory page(tried ticking boxes next to items then synching)..the list goes on!

The Store looks as if its all active I.E. no unavailable heading by my itemsbut Im not confident they will deliver unless in the active category .

Hopefully an answer is out there 

OK .a further description of what is happening ....If while on the -manage magic box status..page I then use the option view my items /shop etc..I get dumped on the defunct Exstreet (which rightly,as I never had had on there, says i have no items )..having been dumped I have to navigate back to marketplace using the new market place option in the top menu *sighs*n then back to merchants home etc etc. in the new market place well see above

Weird as the box was obtained via New Marketplace(Iv not use the last of the older ones since  the new  one hit the ground) Is anyone else experiencing this annoying  Marketplace displacement?

Theres a hole in  in their bucket .

Hello, read Dakota Linden's answer at the end of the thread and see if that explains the issue to you. If not, just edit your post as not being the answer and I will remove it.

It sounds to me like it is just  left over wording from the days of Xstreet. The magic boxes are going away too.

When I look at the back end of my Marketplace store I can only find the term "Item unavailable.", no unassociated which I think was the old marketplace?  If that is in fact your issue, then those show up when you have something in your magic box that is no longer associated with a listing. It was most likely associated at one time and you may have added a newer version to you box perhaps, an upgrade -- associating THAT newer one with the listing you made originally?

That is certainly how I got those few "Item unavailable." notes in my listing.  The item is in fact still in my Magic box (I checked just now) but there is no listing FOR the item and so it becomes "unavailable" when at one time it had been for sale and active.  So you might check  with that info in mind. If this is another issue entirely then I have no idea as I haven't seen that term in a long while.
