0 Darkie Minotaur
Now, this is a question that hardly belongs in a SL Q&A forum. Nevertheless: Have you checked in the Task Manager (you can open it by pressing CTRL + ALT + Del and then selecting Task Manager) ? There you should see which programms most heavily put stress on your CPU. If it's a task you trust and you want to run, un-install it and re-install it. Else just un-install it. 0 Storm Clarence
Assuming, and why not, that you are running a Linux variant: open a terminal window and run the 'ps' command ('man ps' if you need to know what options to apply) determine what process is consuming your cpu resource. Use the 'kill' command to stop the process.
0 Peewee Musytari
Check you task manager to make sure that you do not have multiple instances of SLPlugin running in your processes. If you do, logout of SL and end any that are still running and then logn again.
0 Faubio Alter
If it's running at 100% all the time and you find a service doing this in a windows OS's by using Task Manager then you will need to reinstall the OS. You might wish to speak to these people before doing that: http://forums.cnet.com/?tag=mncol;pm
