Now, this is a question that hardly belongs in a SL Q&A forum.

Nevertheless: Have you checked in the Task Manager (you can open it by pressing CTRL + ALT + Del and then selecting Task Manager) ? There you should see which programms most heavily put stress on your CPU. If it's a task you trust and you want to run, un-install it and re-install it. Else just un-install it.

Assuming, and why not, that you are running a Linux variant: open a terminal window and run the 'ps' command ('man ps' if you need to know what options to apply) determine what process is consuming your cpu resource.  Use the 'kill' command to stop the process.
