How do I change my viewer setting (debug?) so I can look below while flying a balloon?

Question

I just created a hot air balloon and I was able to fly it nicely. The problem is I can't see the land below me so it is pretty difficult to land on an exact spot. Is there a setting that I can change to allow my camera setting at a certain angle without reverting back to avatar position everytime I pressed on the move arrows?

Not too sure in Vwr2 as I rarely use it but Kirsten has a neat camera angle tool on the bottom tool bar of her viewer. You can easily select a top down view in just two easy clicks so would be perfect for landing a balloon. Pressing page up and page down brings you straight up or down in this view. Camera angle remains as selected until you click another.
