I was curious where I might be able to download a free skin template?

The skin templates and the clothing templates are the same.  Chip Midnight created a wonderful set of templates years ago for use by the SL residents.  They are free to use for anyone.

If you use Eloh's skins read her terms for use..........she's been very generous with her contribution to skin creation and only asks for you to please honor terms (they are not limiting at all).  I downloaded and used her skins a few years ago to learn how skins are constructed with an image editor.....how the layers for shadows, eyebrows, blemishes, and all the details that make a skin look real.  It was a tremendous help and I'd never have been able to understand what is involved in a good skin without them.  They are not meant for anyone to just turn on or off layers to get a look you might like then upload to SL..........they were meant to help anyone wanting to learn to make skins (their own skins using her templates as examples on how to do that).
