i went to that website and i checked out the choices and i did them my mic stil isnt woeking and im sure its all put to gether right because if yu toouch it i will make a backgorund noise.

Sorry, if still not working after trying the troubleshooting issues in the FAQ, I have no idea what could be wrong. Perhaps run VOIP tests and see if there are any general problems you can identify.
