0 Rolig Loon
Wait for the sim to restart or contact the owner and ask her/him to restart it. It sounds like you may have just had too many people on the sim and crashed it. It happens.

0 Marigold Devin
If the sim is refusing to restart, the sim owner needs to get hold of Live Chat. https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/ (Don't sim owners still have access to Concierge support?)
0 Peewee Musytari
Being the Estate Manager you are allowed to make certain requests from support on behalf of the sim owner, however, if you are not a Premium member you aill not be able to take advantage of that status, because your account will not have access to the support portal. If you are a premium member, go to Live Chat https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/ tell them you are the estate manager and request the sim be brough back online. If you are not premium, you are going to have to keep waiting for the sim owner for things like this, I would suggest going premium or getting an estate manger appointed that has a premium account.
