Are there anywhere to learn middle or advanced Real Estate techniques on SL?

Ive seen the standard how to buy land course which shows you how to buy land but I have not seen any courses on real estate buying and selling techniques on SL.  Is there any such thing or does anyone know where to go to learn more in the real estate area?  Thanks in advance for any help.

The way to learn is to read everything that you can in the Knowledge Base (search for "Land") and then lurk in the Land forums.  There's no "Real Estate" course that I'm aware of.  You just get out there and DO it.  But don't DO it until you have some L$ to burn and aren't afraid to lose it entirely.  It is extremely difficult to make a profit on real estate in SL these days.
