I hate to tell you this, but it's an SL issue- it's not just happening to you.  Alot of others are having the same issue.  It has been going on for days now- and seems to be going around from one region to another.  On top of that, when regions are being restarted, items that you just rezzed are disappearing.  I am an Estate Manager and have Land owners coming to me saying they can't delete.  I do find with restarting the Region, it does help for a little while, but as I said there is a chance stuff will disappear and can't be found in your inventory, or lost and found- as it has happened to me.  Waiting now to see if I can get a Roll back-
