tuhoiisa Posted Saturday at 10:23 AM Posted Saturday at 10:23 AM https://imgur.com/a/I3Paf99 whenever i try to launch firestorm viewer (and other launchers such as kokua etc.) are crashing with segmentation fault
Henri Beauchamp Posted Saturday at 11:19 AM Posted Saturday at 11:19 AM (edited) Just a wild guess, but maybe a WebRTC issue (FS and other TPVs got it linked to their viewer, and WebRTC is crashy, especially LL's llwebrtc under Linux). Try the Cool VL Viewer (it uses a plugin for WebRTC so the viewer itself is immune to any of WebRTC antics, and its llwebrtc library has been patched by me to fix some Linux-specific crashes/freezes). Should it crash, it should also provide you with a useful ~/.secondlife/logs/stack_trace.log and likely a better log (~/.secondlife/logs/CoolVLViewer.log) about what happened to help you figure it out.
