Wobblypots Posted Thursday at 02:09 PM Posted Thursday at 02:09 PM It has worked fine since my PC was new (a couple of years), but suddenly, I just get a white window that never changes. When this started happening, I got intermittent successful starts, but it has stopped working altogether now. This applies to Firestorm, too. Any ideas? AmeliaJ08 Posted Saturday at 02:54 PM Posted Saturday at 02:54 PM Maybe something in the settings has become corrupted? You could try temporarily renaming %APPDATA%\Firestorm_x64 (say rename it to Firestorm_x64_old) and then launching Firestorm to see if it fixes it. By renaming the folder it forces Firestorm to make a new empty one and all settings will be at default.
