I have a problem i cant buy adult items....Why?

Are you talking about on the marketplace or in-world? If its in marketplace, make sure your search filter has Adult.

 

Give more information in your question, on the right hand side of your post there is an options button. Click the button and a menu will drop down, choose Edit and add in additional information

 

EDIT: While attempting to help her inworld, she figured it out. I assume she just logged in since the search just stays "General" for people who are not logged in which is the problem she was having.

To reset your maturity level preferences on the marketplace, you have to clear your web browser cache, quit and relog, then change maturity settings to General, Moderate, Adult.
