30k Buy Down Sim Available

I am selling my 30k private island sim.  It is a buydown sim and I pay $209 a month for tier.  That is $30 less than you would pay for a non buy down sim per month and in the long term, quite a bit of savings.

I am asking L $112,000 ($450) including the transfer fee (which is L$78,000 ($300) for a Buy Down sim due to the reduced tier). Tier is due on December 12th. Please message me here if interested.

Hello Dusty,  Just to confirm is this a grandfathered sim?

No. This is a Buy Down sim. It is similar, but a different program. Instead of 20k for $209, you get 30k for $209.

Back in 2016 they had an offer where you could pay $600 and get a permanent discount on your sim.  That's how Buy Downs came about. Grandfathered sims are older and reflect older region pricing, but it works out to the same thing.

I do have one stipulation for whoever buys it. This sim used to be a very popular roleplay sim for a period of years.  If you buy it, I don't insist that whoever buys it changes the name, but I do ask that they don't pretend to be the original owner.
