Hello, my question is the following, on October 26th my bank card was hacked (in Second Life) and an amount of 400 dollars was taken from my bank card (it's all resolved now) my bank had to issue an invoice for fraudulent and blocked those charges and gave me my money back (thank God), but a week before giving me my money back they put my account on hold, it's been on hold since November 15th. I've been waiting since October 27th for them to open the Ticket so I can see the details and everything that happened, and it still seems to be in process, my account is a basic account, but I don't understand how almost a month can go by and I still don't have any kind of answer.  

 

 

I hope to find people here who have experience in these issues, reports and tickets, the duration that an account is on hold, or how long it takes to answer the ticket.

 

Sorry for my English, I don't write it 100% correct.

nobody can give a estimate, every case is unique.
'Seeing the many comlaints about waiting times on tickets at the moment i'd recommend to try live chat, or practice patience :)

Unfortunately I am not Plus or Premium, I am a basic account, therefore I do not have live chat, also my account is on hold :/

for the support system it's possible to create a alt and let that do  the communication, could be worth to take premium for a month

I will try to create an alt, and try to maintain a conversation in live chat, the only thing that scares me is that they tell me that this information is only for the member I have, which is premium, not my basic account

when you have all details about the other account, they'll not doubt if you own it.
