Hello, my question is the following, on October 26th my bank card was hacked (in Second Life) and an amount of 400 dollars was taken from my bank card (it's all resolved now) my bank had to issue an invoice for fraudulent and blocked those charges and gave me my money back (thank God), but a week before giving me my money back they put my account on hold, it's been on hold since November 15th. I've been waiting since October 27th for them to open the Ticket so I can see the details and everything that happened, and it still seems to be in process, my account is a basic account, but I don't understand how almost a month can go by and I still don't have any kind of answer.
I hope to find people here who have experience in these issues, reports and tickets, the duration that an account is on hold, or how long it takes to answer the ticket.
