Well there could be a number of reasons. You need to tell us if you have payment on file, if you're trying to use a prepaid visa or mastercard, if you're using paypal and paypal hasnt limited your account for anything, it could really be anything. We need more information from you. On your post, on the right hand side click the Options drop-down menu and select Edit to tell us what exactly is up with your payment info and whether or not you've already got to the purchase limit set for your account.
