Saying you forgot a security question and then asking in a public forum how to bypass the system is likely not to work so well. The best course of action would be to contact Linden Labs directly and explain to them the situation. Clicking the help button at top will direct you to them.

You forgot your name, your password and your security question? Not doing so well on the memory thing are you, maybe you need to write things down lol :D

Assuming you know your email address, you should still be able to change your password, as the secuirty question is one option, you can choose to pick friends names or something about transactions instead of the security question, but I`m gonna guess that you forgot them too, so go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and without logging in, submit the ticket called SL web login issues.

You are going to need your account name though, so check your old emails to see if you have the activation email for the account, as they were still sending them out a year ago.

Assuming that you visit at least a few websites that require UID and passwords and use an app or two that requires the same, you might consider creating a simple spreadsheet on your computer with the website/app name, UID, password, and any email addresses linked to each.

Of course, protect this spreadsheet with a password and back it up on a regular schedule.
