I'm using latest Firestorm (7.1.11.76496) and tried various settings in input/output (generally Default works fine though usually?) and I don't get voice in either direction. I've only tried it in one region but apparently that region is using some WebRTC test. But I don't know what to set my settings/viewer to and I can't update because I'm already using the latest version
