LeighVale Posted November 22 Posted November 22 My first time using it, it was so choppy and buggy that the person helping me had to meet me in-world to talk Today, nothing in the chat support works lol Bot doesn't react when I click it's buttons or ask a question in the chat field or request speaking to a real person. Just nothing, no response at all Maybe pause on listing Live Chat Support as a feature when it seems to be dysfunctional for months now?
