Does anyone recognize this neck fur?

None of the creators using this neck fur link it in the description, show what it is in the ads, etc.

Does anyone recognize this? I want to use the neck fur for a personal mod but none of the ones on the marketplace look anything like it-- I've tried other neck fur meshes but they usually don't take textures well like these do, or just don't look like what I need.
