Mobile missing option

I try to tap the free gift . It won’t let me . How to do that ? Also is staffs still working on building mobile app ? Showing photo what I’m looking at

Tap and hold on the object, then it should bring up a menu. Then tap ‘touch’.

The app is in beta, which means they’re definitely still working on it.
