I run a nonprofit community that revolves around education and animal rescue - currently renting land but looking for at least a 20k prim full sim to purchase outright preferably, but may be open to a rental situation. Please contact me inworld - Snakelady Melody

if it's not a recognized non profit organisation, you don't need anything special, the purpose of a region isn't relevant.
