Someone who Left and wants to come back

My old account was Mina Rodenberger, and I'm not able to remember the question security to recover it back...

Down the email of this account, it was also created Farore Summerwind, and with my other account it was created Mina V.

 

Any help, please? Only I want is to be able to log in my old account.

If you can't remember your security questions I'm not sure you can recover your password.  Those questions are supposed to be questions that you could easily answer but no one else is likely to know them...........that's the whole purpose after all.  How convenient would it be if someone wanted access to your account and the "forgot" the answers to the security questions and LL shrugged their shoulder and said "Oh, so sorry about that here's a new password for you to log in with.  Don't forget to change the password to one better suited for you.  Hope we can be of assistance in the future.  Have a good day."

 

You can submit a ticket if you want...........but don't expect much help.

Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and without logging in, submit the ticket called SL web login issues, using the email address of the account. 

Give as much info as you can in the ticket to prove that it is your account, such as the DOB on the account and the RL name (if it was created when they were still asking for that) & any details you can remember such as if the account was ever premium and when etc.
