Chic Aeon Posted November 17 Posted November 17 Not my area of course but asking for a friend. Is there any current survey on the popularity of female bodies? Percentages would be great. I know there have been in the past but I haven't run across any of late. Thought someone here would know. Thanks. 1
Rowan Amore Posted November 17 Posted November 17 Check @Lucia Nightfire's signature line in the forums. She has the LM for her current mesh body/head stats. 3 2
steeljane42 Posted November 17 Posted November 17 What Rowan said, but I'll also add that stats you're looking for are not total ones, but the trend (the F tab on Lucia's orb). For instance original Lara still has the largest number of all bodies seen, by far, but since X's version rework it is on the steady decline and it's what one should focus at, not the total. Total number contains all those avatars who were seen wearing it before and never logged back for years. Also check bonniebots site for the top attachments chart (last 24h stats I believe), it provides a decent way to check daily stats, too. That said, what people do wear, and what is worth creating for, assuming that's what your friend is interested in, is not quite the same. Original Lara is still on the 1st/2nd place on said daily stats by bonnies, but 99% of big creators dropped support for it. And it's also a big reason for its rapid decline. People want new outfits and those are only available for the usual 3 (plus mods) Reborn (with Waifus), Legacy (Perky sometimes) and LaraX, so they swap to either of those. Template makers still create for it, of course, but original and good creators are not worth bothering for it anymore with a couple of exceptions I can think of. It's reflected on what's present on all those top events as well (equal10, K9, Access, Warehouse and so on). 2
Chic Aeon Posted November 17 Author Posted November 17 Thanks. That was helpful. I am going to assume ^^ that anyone with the name Nightfire has a friends list with more oldies than than average. I do know lots of folks who are still using Lara mostly because they didn't want to lose their wardrobes. I mostly switched so that I could blog new releases even though I don't feature many clothes creators these days except for gifts. So I have past on the bottom line info she was interested in (mostly about Reborn which is apparently a pain to work with (again not my area). Appreciate the help. 1
VenKellie Posted November 18 Posted November 18 agreed, the alpha layer part of the HUD is a pain but most clothing now auto alpha parts of the reborn body.
