NVM, my anger got the best of me and I should start to care less either!

NO one is handling reports about things in the LHs, people rezz obnoxious titanic eyesores ok

If the eyesore violates the Bellisseria covenant, report it and it will be dealt with. It's not immediate - sometimes patience is needed. But they fix it eventually.

If you don't want to hear noise from a neighbor's parcel, simply enable this setting in your parcel:

Instant fix.

aggressive orbs that send you home even reaching over to your own parcel obviously ok!

Security orbs in Bellisseria must have at least 15 seconds of warning time. If you come across one that is below that, report it and it will be removed after a couple of days.

I don't think it's possible for a neighbor's security orb to affect your parcel. If you suspect that it's somehow happening, report it, but that is extremely unlikely - if not downright impossible - to exist/happen.

But having really disturbing NON PG nor moderate pictures [...] allover your LH

This is allowed as long as it's not visible from the outside of the house.

(not even sure if all are shwoing 18+ people)

If you believe a picture depicts a minor, that is a violation of the TOS and it should be reported.

having all the weird adult toys in the garden is also fine now?

This is not allowed, considering the fact that Linden Homes are located in Moderate regions. Adult furniture outdoors tends to be tolerated as long as the parcel's owner has the "avatars on other parcels can see and chat with avatars on this parcel" setting disabled - but it's against TOS. If the violation is very blatant, or the object looks really undeniably lewd, report it and it will be removed.

Its really like no one is even caring, don't even bother to report such things because we at the Lab are busy hiding our own skeletons and have no time for such minor things X_X

How can you expect the problems to be fixed if they are not reported? Makes no sense.

The Lab Governance Team are maybe overwhelmed with abuse reports currently, and I agree with Clem that you may need to be patient. They will always give precedence to abuse reports that affect the grid performance first, ie if someone has created a self-replicating griefing cube somewhere.

It is frustrating though when you pay your money for premium and feel Linden Lab aren't taking maintenance of Linden Homes seriously enough.

Once you've submitted an abuse report, the ball is in Linden Lab's court. For your own peace of mind block any object or sound that you find unacceptable.

Sure I go to rant here about ignored reports, without having made some?

I have reported all those things, most of them in the last years I just ignored after MONTHS and multiple reports and moved.

But I really thought that those pictures and adult things would at least get handled fast nope, not so far and spoiler warning I didn’t report it yesterday or even just last week .

Such things need to get handled asap but they simply do never sadly.

As someone who recently had problems with a neighbour that placed very loud laugh witch noise sounds that I was able to hear from my Linden Home even though It's a bit far from the neighbour mentioned, it's great to know that there is a easy solution to fix it. Thanks!

One of the first things I always enable now on my own land  after I encountered that 🙈

Unless those pictures are on the outside of the home, there is nothing to handle. "Adult things" is a pretty vague description. Furniture with adult poses on the outside of a home may or may not be a violation depending on how the scripts in the furniture are handled. For instance, I use furniture with adult animations; however, I have the perms set so that only I or someone in my personal group have permission to use the furniture. We don't use the adult poses so it might look questionable, but in reality no adulting is occurring on said furniture. Now if it's a whole group of BDSM style furniture, you'd typically see in a dungeon, that might and most likely is against the TOS if displayed on the lawn of a Linden Home. But again, there are gray areas when it comes to furniture.

I believe the Lab has recently cut back on employees including those handling support tickets/governance.  Support hours have also been cut back.  Everyone is complaining about ticket time so you're not alone.

All these cutbacks are totally necessary so we can afford to pay Philip the BIG bucks. It’s all part of the master plan don’t you know!

If your AR's are being ignored, wait a week or two and get a friend to file another one. (Alts probably won't work, they'll know it's you.) If a covenant violation appears to be bothering more than one person they're more likely to do something about it.

So just to add a few things.

Whilst normally I'd be the first person to suggest the "restricting sounds to your parcel" setting, in Bellisseria that means you miss out on all the wonderful ambient sounds the Moles have placed around the regions.  It would be far better if people just did the right thing with their media devices.

Governance has definitely been struggling to keep up with AR's pertaining to Belli, and probably everywhere else in SL too.  Bellisseria is 10 times the size it was when first released, and you can be sure the governance team hasn't grown by the same amount (in fact as others have said, it's probably shrunk). So yeah, it means covenant violations remain for a lot longer than they used to, which is very frustrating.

As an almost daily explorer of Bellisseria, I used to put in so many AR's for covenant violations that it felt like a job, ended up giving up lol

Oh...really?

Blocking can only be done on Firestorm.

It also doesn't help each new visitor coming to the sim including prospective tenants.

I think you mean derender.  One can block sound and objects in the Linden viewer.
