Autumn Valley Rentals have two fully furnished mainland parcels available. Plenty to do and see as you tour the historic mainland! Perfect for coastal honeymoon retreats, taking a vacation or just somewhere to call home!  Daily, weekly and monthly rates available. Features:

Each home has functioning room rezzers that allow you to change the layout/furnishings. Change the layout or remove the furnishings and add your own! The possibilities are endless. You also have the ability to move/remove individual objects/furnishings.

Each home is PBR enabled and feature several lighting and mood switches to give your home an original look. 

Access to the common area which includes games, beaches, spa, pools, movie theater and more. Dozens of adult sitters are available to enhance any scene.  

Parcel group rights including, windlight settings and eject privileges. 

Prims:

You are given an initial prim allowance of 100 for decorating and furnishing your home. Each home is fully furnished with approximately 800-1000 prims each. You are given the group ability to move or remove furnishings either manually or using the scene rezzers. As you remove the furnishings in place, your prim allotment will increase. By clearing a house completely you can potentially have 1100 prims to work with for decorating. 

Price:

There are three parcels on this region (Gerstle), two coastal and one in the rear. The coastal parcels are 260L/Daily and the parcel in the back is 160L/Daily. We offer special bonus time if you purchase 3 weeks in advance, you will get one week free.  Currently we have one coastal parcel available and one in the rear. We also have unfurnished parcels available for rent with full parcel rights. They are 100L a day with 1 week free for 3.
