First, read

Then choose an authenticator.  Several are mentioned in that article, or you can search for others on the web.  For more information about what MFA is and how it works, you might want to look at this Wikipedia article:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-factor_authentication.

Finally, once you have chosen and set up an authenticator, open your dashboard and associate the authenticator with your account:
